	A collection of short stories, the kind you would expect in Reader's Digest. The stories are not connected in any way (except for the author of course :-), and because they are quite short (50 pages at most), I have decided not to present the individual synopses here.

I do not really enjoy short stories - I prefer books that keep the reader in suspense, wanting to come back to finish them - which is kind of hard to do when each story ends only after a few minutes of reading. Except for one (The Emperor), I did not like the stories very much either - about as exciting as your regular morning paper (which means not much). Since I guess this is to be expected from short stories, I decided to mark the book as an average one (I would give it a worse rating otherwise).
